Do I need to switch my CRM?
No. Auctum sits on top of GoHighLevel — your CRM stays exactly as it is. You point your GHL sub-account webhook at Auctum, and the intelligence layer turns on. No migration, no data export, no disruption.
How does the 14-day trial work?
Sign up with your email, connect your GHL sub-account, and the full plan is live immediately — no credit card required. After 14 days you can subscribe or export your data and walk away. Nothing is locked in.
What counts as a "lead"?
A lead is any contact that Auctum receives from a GHL ContactCreate event during the billing period. Contacts already in GHL before you connect don't count until they generate a new event.
Can I save 10% with annual billing?
Yes — toggle to "Annual" above and the prices update. Annual plans are billed once a year at the discounted rate. You can switch from monthly to annual at any time; the difference is prorated.
Can I switch plans mid-cycle?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period so you keep your current limits until then.
What's the difference between Starter and Growth attribution?
Starter tracks which leads came from which source and scores their decay. Growth adds the full attribution engine: multi-touch journey tracking, and closed-revenue sync back to Meta CAPI and Google Ads offline conversions — so your ad algorithms optimize on real revenue, not just clicks.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Every plan includes self-serve onboarding. Growth and above include a guided setup call. Pro includes a dedicated onboarding session. Enterprise includes white-glove setup and training for your whole team.
What happens if I go over my lead limit?
We'll notify you at 80% and again at 95% of your monthly limit. Once you hit the cap, new leads still come in — they just won't trigger automations until you upgrade or the period resets. You won't lose data.
